Wicked Movie shows 16 movies but only singalong available

Hi I have purchased Wicked from Sky Store (buy & Keep) but only have the singalong version, It shows that there is 16 movies in the file but will only show the singalong version. How do i get the normal version and is anyone else having this issue?

Thanks for your response, problem has been solved now. All options returned after selection had finished
