Hi everyone.
I've just received my new Sky Q box as last one was faulty.
how do I retrieve all the films I have previously purchased?

One solution you have would be to log in to your Skystore account online and locate the movies in your online library, then for each movie just select "send to box"

If your purchases are not appearing then you should see them here so just send each one to your Sky box:
