But after signing in, adding the onscreen code, it wanted to confirm my surname, then I got a message "There's been an unexpected error"&nbsp; This has been happening all afternoon. My name, email and password are correct. I rang Sky Customer Service who couldn't seem to find the problem, and in the end the call "dropped".
