Had the same issue, the link below worked for me and is slightly different to the one sent out in the email from Sky.

I was emailed the url: www.skystore.com/n/mvse/sky-vip/sky-vip-welcome-gift which for me showed all the options at normal prices.

The Url from elsewhere here in the forum which worked for me and showed everything at £0 is: www.skystore.com/n/mvse/all-offers/sky-vip-welcome-gift

So if the email link isn't working use the second one. Seems really silly and took me a long time to figure out, thanks to the original poster! 👍
