I have received N email with a £3 voucher off renting or buying a film. However when I select my film it askeps for a voucher number but the email doesn't give this. So how do I get the money off??

What does the email say you have to do, it might be that there isn't a voucher but instead you would need to access a certain link on the Sky Store website.

Hi & thanks for your message. My email just directs me to click on the offer which takes me directly to the film rentals. Then when I select the film I want it shows full price & if a voucher to be used to enter a code which I don't have!

When you click on the link and you can see the movies, are you signed in to your Skystore account ?
