Unable to deactivate audio description

I have just downloaded a film on sky store and when playing it, it is using audio description

We don't want audio description on it. We have checked the settings and it is turned off, and it is not playing on any other programmes.

Can you help please?

I have Sky Q so I can't help you with the fine details of the settings - other than to say it must (99% anyway) be something in the audio or accessibility settings

have you looked in both ?

I've certainly not come across "stuck" audio description on Skystore before

Hopefully some Puck experts will pick up on this thread
