Can’t login to sky store

I login and it asks for my surname then says unexpected error

We have heard of this happening a lot recently

the fix that seems to work is to go to your Sky account. Click on My details. Then you should see a section called My Sky ID.

You should see something like "manage my Sky ID"

Go there and fill in any missing details, particularly your Surname.

once that is done you should then be able to access Skystore. Hope that works ok

Same here and I can not find a solution

Other than my suggestion then you are probably best chatting with the Skystore support team who should be open till 7.30pm

Make sure your title (Mr, Mrs etc..) and surname is filled in here:
