Too.many streaming devices reached

Hi,

I am getting the error too many streaming devices reached when I try and watch a film on my phone. When I try and manage devices it says I have 2 available device spaces available.

Any ideas?

How many devices are you using at the same time to access the Sky Store ?

I am just trying to use one, a new device. I have two devices listed on my account (neither are the new device) and two spare spaces for new devices.
