Sky VIP Voucher code hasn't worked for movie

I received an email for a free movie to the value of £13.99 so I've purchased one and it looks like it's charging my account and hasn't accepted the code. When I've tried to redeem it told me to enter it on order summary but nothing is coming up... anyone else had an issue? (it's not about the 13.99, but if it was supposed to be free it should be?!)

The place to enter the code is on the first page after you select your movie, (see photo)

rather than the checkout page

if you have ended up paying for it you could try a live chat with the Skystore team
