Hi @Greg59

If your problem is that you are trying to buy or rent a movie and are getting a type of "spending limit" message then you would need to contact the Skystore team to agree a limit.

usually that would be a straightforward live chat (and it may still be) but I'm not sure of the Christmas opening hours - they may be as normal but you would have to try the link to find out tomorrow from 11am

You will have to contact Sky Store support but we can not be sure they will be available via the live chat tomorrow seeing as it is Christmas.
