Can’t access Skystore

When I try logging into Skystore (to claim free film download), I log into Skystore using email and password which works. I'm then asked for my last name. When I enter that and hit confirm it says 'unexpected error'

any ideas please?

Make sure your title (Mr, Mrs etc..) and surname is filled in here:

Hi, I am having the same issue. I checked my details are correct as suggested which they are but still get the same issue

Aah- I've realised it is the details in the Sky ID which need to be set with a title and surname not just the general details, I've done this and it works now. Thanks caesarome for your help.
