Can't log into Sky Store. Sky Stream Subscriber

Whenever I try to log into the sky store online, I get as far as having to insert my last name. Then I get 'there was an unexpected error', and it doesn't log me in. Even when scanning the QR code on the TV it takes me to the website to log in, and I get the same error message everytime. It's very frustrating, as I am unable to use this service. Any help would be appreciated. The chat bot is useless, as it tells me I don't have an active subscription, but I do.

Make sure your title (Mr, Mrs etc..) and surname is filled in here:

Thanks that's great. It only had my first name on there for some reason. Surname was blank.

Something so simple, but nothing like that was explained online.
