I've ordered the Substance which has yet to be released. Despite the release date meant to be in November.

I would like to know when it's actually coming out please and if its ages would like a refund.. which is not something that's obvious to do on the Apps menus

Can someone please get back to me on this

On a quick google search it appears the rights to host The Substance have been bought by MUBI (it's on there now)

MUBI is a subscription based platform rather than a pay per view - but you can usually get a 7 day free trial to see if it's any good.

You should have the option to cancel your Sky pre order online but if there is no option there you could try to livechat with the Skystore team when they reopen at 11am Monday.
