i was given a free movie in VIP , i chose the new Paw Patrol Movie. Im asked to subscribe if i select the movie.

As there are different offers as customers we can't say what is happening here so I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

you need too claim the reward using the My Sky App

once you have cliamed the reward in the my sky app sign into Sky Store with the same account and click on the Sky VIP tab

Your Movie will now be £0.00 on the page,basket and checkout

That might not be the case here @Paul17081 as there are different offers, some of which are not available via the app but instead are for those who have received an email to themselves only so it will not show in the app itself.
