Sky VIP said i could choose a movie for free (up to £10) so i have. To find out i have been charged!!!! (£9.99)

Can i cancel this? (Not been viewed)

These VIP titles have to be ordered online so is this what you did ?

I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

If it helps you to have some background @dogknocker

if it was the sort of offer where you are given a code to enter, it goes on the line shown in the photo (rather than on the checkout page)

if it's a general offer to choose from a list, it's the list on this link

in either event the advice from @caesarome @is the best to get it resolved for you

It wasn't a code. It stated i had £10 in my account to use but still took it from my bank.

So if you log in to your Sky store account online, do you still see an amount of credit next to your name ?
