Cannot view purchased film

Have purchased a film on Sky Store. However, I cannot view it. I get a message saying that it's so many days since purchase. It suggests refreshing my purchase by going on line, however, to access Sky Store I must be on line, and it keeps displaying the same message.

Is this a rental or a buy and keep ?

If a rental, did you start to watch a few days ago ? (More than 48 hours )
