Unable to purchase/rent movie, goes round in circles

Trying to purchase or rent movies from sky store but I can't.

I've tried the QR code and whatever else it tells you to do, login to Sky etc etc, even input my bank details! not sure why it needs that? Everytime I input all the relevant details it just brings me back to the movie I want to rentor buy and then the QR code page comes up and it starts again.

Can anyone help? I used to be able to click on movie, input pin and and purchase fine, it's only really happened over the past 6 months-year?
