Sky store rental issue

I've been trying to rent a movie from sky store showing as a £5 and under rental and showing in the new to rent section. When I then click on the film it's only giving me the option to purchase for £11.99 which is not what I was hoping to do. Is anyone else faced this problem?

I can't see that one bit via their website I can see a Rent £1.99 section the films are priced at £4.99 so

I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

On my Sky Q box I find the same as you @Gee26

The movie is advertised for rental but when you go further the rental is not there to select.

I would certainly follow @caesarome suggestion

Had the same thing twice this week on my Sky Q box. "It ends with us" & "Despicable Me 4". Both listed available to rent for under £5. I looked at other options and when I came back neither were available to rent anymore. Ended up giving my money to Amazon instead...

Not sure what your glitch was but I've just searched both of those and for me on Sky Q both show at £4.99

Maybe something temporary that's been fixed ?

This May sound odd but if you go back to it again is it still available to rent? It was only when I returned to actually rent them that they were missing...

Although - It ends with us - is still there to rent, Despicable Me 4 is not !

No idea why. What is odd - is that if I type Despicable Me 4 in to a Sky Q search, it thinks it finds the movie but when I select it, there is just a blank page.
