Device limit - I don't have any other devices I can remove?

I have brough a film and tried to watch and it keeps saying i have reached my device limit so i go into my account devices and the 1234 are all blank, no devices connec ted?

Hi this is where I have checked but the 1234 fields are blank so I presume nothing is connected?
