I pre ordered Twisters on the 10/8/24 digital release on sky store was 2/9/24 it's now 18/9/24 and it says film is still pending anyone now why? please help

Hi @Scott482

We've heard of quite a few customers having problems with the Twisters preorder

The fix seems to be to livechat with the Skystore team - (this is a link ) and ask them to cancel the pre order - then you can just buy it as normal

my personal observation is that pre orders rarely save money and I don't bother with them any more. I just buy the movie on release when I want to.
