Sky Store VIP offer issue

I have just tried ordering a film on Sky Store using the Sky VIP free movie offer but it didn't give me the option to enter the code so I assume it will charge me. When I selected the movie it asked me to sign in so I did and it went straight to the send to sky box screen and nowhere to enter my free movie offer code.

I cannot find anywhere online to speak to someone for assistance with this.

Just read your post on voucher codes. How do you get a free voucher for the Sky Store.

I have only been with sky for a couple months.

It's through Sky VIP Phil. I have been with them for a very long time but anyone can sign up to VIP free and get rewards.

Thank you. I did try that at 7pm as a result of an earlier response linking to another thread that had that link in it but it was unavailable so I have sent an email which was the other option on that link. Thanks.

What offer was this @BigVillan , was it one sent to your via email because if so I believe you have to use the link in the email or was this a different offer ?

Thanks guys. I used the right link from the email but after selecting my movie it then asked me to log in and jumped straight to the screen to "send to your box". I didn't have the opportunity to enter my code.

From memory @BigVillan , when I used mine, I clicked the link, signed in, chose a movie, clicked "purchase" then on the next page there was a box to copy in my code, I entered my code and the cost of the checkout changed to £0

Other than that I'd have to refer you back to the Skystore live chat link ( I think it was posted earlier) - they open next at 11am

That's right Mike, that's exactly the process I have previously experienced many times but this time there was a glitch in the matrix and that screen didn't come up.

Live chat no help, they said there would of been a box to put the code in.

I sent them an email instead. The box definitely didn't come up for me this time but it has before.

Went on that and it said to be redeemed on summery page. There wasn't a code box there
