Sky VIP film offer not worked

I received an email yesterday telling me I could pick a free film as a sky vip reward. When I click on the link none of the films listed are free? I am signed in, have also tried on different devices. Not really sure what is going on?

Did the email give you a code to enter ? @Akira8

The offer I received gave me a link to VIP movies with a price, but then there was an opportunity to enter a promo code which took the price down to £0

When logging into the Sky Store website here if these films appear as £0.00 then you can go ahead and "purchase" one:

As per my post above if the film you want is not showing as being free then there is the live chat you can use to speak to Sky Store about this.
