I ordered Longlegs and Quiet Place Day one with digital release dates yesterday and today respectively. No option to watch them as yet, still say pre ordered?

I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here as they might want to cancel these pre orders which should then allow you to order them again;

I got the same problem with quiet place and they dont respond when you message them about it and their live chat is never available
