Sky Store Not showing Sale Prices

Just checked Sky Store this morning and looked at the sake items but none seem to be reduced. For example the under 4£ items most are more to purchase.

Is this a software issue or Sky Store haven't updated?

Have you checked the Sky Store website as well to see if they appearing with a discounted price.

If they are not then I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

Sky store are showing films in Summer sale ... for example The Mob as under £3 but when you go in it says it's £5.99. Called for support, transferred but call centre shut. What's happened to customer service lately and why all errors in services and accounts ?

Looking at the Sky Store website you are correct @JoDiscovery as they all seem to be higher than advertised so instead of calling you could use the live chat tomorrow as per my post above.

Might be operation cost reductions ... to limit necessary increase in subscription costs🤔
