&lt;P&gt;You are not talking to Sky here as we are customers who help each other so you have a few options as you can either see if you cancel this yourself or you could use the live chat to speak to Sky Store support about this.&lt;/P&gt;

You guys get the brunt of the frustration - sorry.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The online chat took a while to respond then went through every detail of my account security - one question ata time... the asked the problem depite it being covered at the start.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Outcome is the pre purchase order was cancelled.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had this same bother with pre purchase of Matilda - but forgot til I came on this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Won't pre order again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Shocking FAIL SKY.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;btw - i have has SKY simce the late 80s - and have taken it with wheneever I have moved home - so I feel I can complain now and again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I do t think it is a Sky Glass issue as I'm sure I have seen customers with the likes of Sky+ and Sky Q with the same issue in the past.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
