Sky Store - Buy & Keep Cancellation

I had a voucher which said I could download and Buy & Keep up to the value of £13.99.

i looked through the movies, found one for £9.99 and put my PIN code in, but it didn't ask for the Voucher Code. I did stop the download as I thought something was wrong. I am unable to delete, it just says "resume download". Does anyone know how I can delete and if I will be charged as it hasn't fully downloaded and I don't want to be charged.

Usually a voucher has to be used on the Sky Store website so is this where you purchased this film ?

@caesarome I did it directly on my TV from the Sky Store. I was waiting for it to ask for my voucher code and when it didn't I cancelled the download, so can't technically watch it, unless I resume download.

If you entered a pin when you did this then I believe this counts as a purchase so to ask them about this and where to enter the voucher you might want to use the live chat here that is open until 7.30pm:
