I have just bought a movie on sky store and cant get subtitles on my partner has Hearing problems and wanted to watch this but could not hear it

Sky are increasing the number of movies with subtitles- but it is far from comprehensive

I have tried to get the subtitles on my sky stream Remote control still not putting them on I have press the button with 3 lines on and used my voice control still on subtitles

Does the movie you have bought - have an S near the title on the purchase page @Janmia60 ? (Near where it might say HD )

I have Sky Q rather than Sky stream - but on Sky Q I can't see it says S (for subtitles) on the new Planet of the Apes (Kingdom)

If you find out that there are no subtitles with the version you have bought- all I can suggest @Janmia60 is that on Monday you try the Sky store live chat (opens at 11am) to explain the problem
