    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just rented a movie but can not watch. I am being instructed to “select to watch” But pressing select does nothing. The film is "Bob Marley: One Love.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My screen tells me it is rented and expires on Tuesday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have reset both Q box and router but neither seem to work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4116067"&gt;@Dave198&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you rent it in a version suitable for your TV ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;eg - if you rented in UHD, do you have a UHD TV ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;another possibility-&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have been able to download it, I would suggest deleting it - then go to your manage / deleted folder (in recordings) and delete it again out of there (this removes it from your hard drive )&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then try to download again&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
