So I got an offer from sky store on 20th June of €3 off next sky store purchase. I looked at about 15 or so films on it and none are showing any reduction.

The films I contemplated are a myriad of prices from €5 to €21 or so.

None are sky store premiere ones

The terms in the email state:

€3 off Buy and Keep Movie Offer: Buy any HD Digital Buy & Keep movie with €3 off. Offer excludes pre-order, HD Digital + DVD or HD Digital + Blu-ray formats. Offer only valid to the recipients of this email. Offer will automatically be applied to your account during checkout. Offer expires 30 days from receipt of this email. Further terms apply. When trying to purchase, I go as far as the pin page but no offer is applied.

I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this and asking them how or why this doesn't appear to be working, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

I went as far as entering the pin.

I know from experience, If you enter the pin, the film is then purchased, which I didn't want to do without certainty that offer is applied.

Thanks, I was in contact with them and they gave a voucher code
