      <title>Film refunds after caancellation of sky</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have just cancelled sky. I have a load of film bought on digital download. Now I can't access them. I have paid for them legally they are mine.&amp;nbsp; How do I get them, it would be.like me selling a car to someone, and not letting them drive it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Go to the sky store and check your library, I use the Sky Store app on my LG TV but I think Windows/Mac can access from the Sky Store website, also iso and android have apps&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;What you can't do is use Sky hardware to access the purchased content.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Edit: actually it &lt;EM&gt;might&lt;/EM&gt; be possible to use the Sky Store app on a non-subscription Sky Glass television set.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You can still have access to your Buy and Keep films but not via a Sky+ box but to do so you will need to get in touch with Sky Store support to ask them to change your account to a Sky Store only one.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can get in touch with them via a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:&lt;/P&gt;
