Unable to buy or rent on sky store

i am trying to rent a movie in sky store however I am being directed to enter payment details. after sucessfully entering my bank card details I then receive an error message saying that I do not have access to that page.

I have tried the usual support routes via telephone but I'm getting nowhere.

I have had to remove the HTML to allow me to post this messsge

can anyone suggest a way forward on this for me ?

Are you using anything like a VPN, if so try disabling it.

If not then I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

Yes there is a VPN running on my phone. Thanks for the response much appreciated
