I think the Back to Black Disc isn't released in the UK until July 1st

When I look on Sky store I don't see it available to pre order right now. If you follow the link provided by @caesarome you will be able to see if you made a pre order for Back to Black or if in fact you may just have bought the HD Download.

As for the disc in the open envelope I assume there was at least a case for the disc ? About a year ago I received a disc which had fallen out of the case and was scratched. I did a live chat with Skystore and they replaced the disc without question.

I understand they often don't use shrink wrap on the cases to save waste ? You must be entitled to a good disc in a good case though.
