Rented movie freezes after ten minutes

Movie I've rented freezes after ten minutes and says i have a connection problem to sky Q box, then the film restarts from the beginning before freezing again after ten minutes. Connection to Q box is fine. Can i delete and redownload the film or will i be charged again?

You can delete and watch as many times as you want within 48 hours from when you first viewed the rental film. So lets say you start to watch the film at 8pm, then you can delete and download again for a further 48 hours without being charged again.

It's probably worth adding, to delete it fully from your Sky Q box, after you've clicked delete , go to recordings / manage / deleted items -and delete forever.

otherwise - when you re-download it - the box will just pick up the same data you've just deleted.
