Sky vip free movie not working

Hi confirmed the free movie on the sky vip area on my phone and it basically says I can pick and choose a film and they would all cost nothing until I've picked one so basically one free movie. But when I go to the sky store they all cost money? Not one is available to purchase for free. I even checked the sky vip section of the movie store and they still costing money? How do I get a free film when it's not even working properly?

when you are logged in to the same Skystore ID that you have been given the free movie for ?

sky vip free movies dose not work it's sat sorry not available so why offer free movie if not possible

What free film are you trying to access and on what device, Sky Q, Sky+ etc...
