Sky Store purchase now not showing

I recently purchased Wonka on SkyStore. My son has watched it many times but it has now disappeared from our purchases. When I search for the film it just comes up with the option buy it again. Any help would be much appreciated!

Was this the Buy and Keep version that you purchased, if so does it appear here for you:

If so select it to send it to your Sky box.

If it doesn't and it was the Buy and Keep version that you purchased then I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
