Hi my latest bill has extra charges for 2 films that we watched over Christmas but I have over £60 sky store credit so why wouldn't it have used this? Thanks

If you selected tthe films to rent via your Sky box, the price is added to your Sky account, not your Sky Store account.

Store credit can only be used online so is there where you used it because if you selected the films via your Sky box then the credit will not have been used hence the charges.
