Getting £3 off film i want to buy

It says that £3 will be deducted when i buy a film but it's asking me for a code ..... anyone any ideas ... using the virtual assistant was hopeless i just went round in circles 🙄🙄

Did you get this sorted?

I've got the same e-mail, claims the offer will be applied automatically when you select a movie and will automatically be applied to your account during check-out.

I've tried on both Sky Store website & Sky Q box and get as far as entering PIN to confirm order, but no discount shows.
