Buy & Keep not appearing on Sky Q box when all others are

We recently got Sky Q but one film now does not appear in our purchases although all the others still do. When trying to send to Sky box from Sky store where strangely it still appears still no joy ???

If you search for this film on your Sky Q box does it appear as £0.00 for you because if it does see if you can download it.

If it wants to charge you then I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

Which movie @Eric+S ?

I can't recall which movie but about a month ago I recall an example where Sky were hosting a movie on Skystore online, but not on a Sky Q box.
