Can't view my purchased film on SKY Glass

I am a novice at using Sky Glass and Sky Store, so I suspect my problem reflects my lack of understanding. Any help would be much appreciated.

Three days ago I decided to purchase a film for £13.99 on SkyGlass. Going into SkyStore and clicking on the film I was taken to a series of steps page. It asked me to copy a QR or go to the Sky Store website. Using my iPhone, I went online and entered the required site. I was successuly taken though steps and purchaed the film and indeed received consirmation by email. I thought all was going well.

I went back into Sky Glass and initially was taken through the same stages. I was given a code, but when I then tried to use the code to access my film, i got feedback saying it was not recognised. I wont bore you will all the other approaches I tried. It became clear I dont know what to do. I wondered if the issue was because my purchase was on one device, my iPhone, but I tried to view on a different device, Sky Glass. But really I am stuck. Sky have my £13.99 but I dont have a film! Can anyone advise me what to o?

Logon to www.Skystore.com

> then select My Library .... is your movie listed?

> then select your account by click in you name (top right)

> then select Account > Devices

> what devices are listed?
