Sky Store download error - UH001

I have downloaded a film from Sky store in UHD by mistake. Error UH001. I dont have a UHD enabled TV and I need to cancel this purchase and redownload as HD or SD. I can cancel the download but it remains in my purchases and I dont seem to be able to purchase it again. Can anyone help?

Hi @UH001

If this is a rental - all you need to do - as well as deleting the download, go to your recordings / manage / deleted items - and delete it again out of there (I've assumed you are on Sky Q )

once it's deleted in this way - you will be able to re order it again in a different format (you won't be charged for the UHD rental )

If it was a buy and keep - it's more complicated and you would need to chat to the Skystore team tomorrow.
