Purchased Movies not appearing on SkyQ box

Hello

ive purchased various movies through sky store. I can see these when I log into my access via internet, however they are not appearing in the purchased items on my SkyQ box. How can I get them on my SkyQ box so I can actually watch them?

Although @tomo1901 they should automatically appear in Recordings / purchases on your Sky Q box, if they are not there, when you are online and view them say on your Skystore app, , do you see an option to "send to box" for each movie ?

Yes I can see them in SkyStore and have the option to send to sky box. However although it says the movie has been sent to my planner nothing is showing up.

Do you know if your online Sky Store account is linked to your Sky Q box, so if you login here:

https://www.skystore.com/n/aacc/my-account/account

Under "My Sky Account" does the link on the right hand side of the page take you to your account details and if not does it allow you to link to it.
