No subtitles on downloaded Sky on demand

I have just paid for and downloaded Game of Thrones Season 2. Subtitles are not working when I try to watch programme. This is hopeless - I really need subtitles, especially for such a complicated (but really great) programme. Is there a solution? I have paid £24 approx, watched episode 1 but cannot hear it or follow the dialogue so will not watch more until resolved - or given refund!

Absence of subtititles in Sky Store content is a sad ongoing saga.

I'd suggest using the dedicated Store contact points (from tomorrow morning) to insist on a refund if they can't provide suitable remedy.

Incidentally, for that kind of material an optical disk player and charity shop box-sets is typically far cheaper for more content ; )
