Paid to buy and keep not letting me re watch movie

Hi, I recently purchased Barbie the movie at £13,99 to buy and keep, But now I cant re watch it 2 weeks later so its as if I rented not bought. I definetly puchased though but when I click on Barbie movie it asks for payment. Has this happened to anyone else?.

When you purchased it you would have been sent an email so does that show as Rented or Buy and Keep ?

Hi @fergusandme

Did you buy a specific version (special edition / bonus edition ) of Barbie ?

Have you tried to view the exact version again ?

if you log on to Skystore on a phone or tablet - do you see Barbie there in your library with an option to "send to box". (I'm assuming here you are on Sky Q )

Hi @mike+simmonds thanks so much for your help. Yes thats exactly what the issue is. I've logged into Sky store before and I can see all my purchases in there!...including Barbie. Wonderful. Thank you.

Although I wouldn't have thought Barbie was a. movie "for me" - we saw it at the Cinema and it was good fun 🙂
