I was sent an email voucher via my sky I clicked on it some numbers came up but have no idea how to redeem its not on my email or download?

if it's a regular type of voucher you can redeem it here, bottom left within this link once you have signed in. Hope that works for you

edit : click on the three horizontal stripes first (if they appear)

Apologies @ktcmoc1 if I didn't explain it well

@caesarome has replied with a better link than mine- but what I had intended is that after you click the three lines, on the bottom left of the page you should see "redeem

voucher"

clicking on that will give you a space to enter your code.

I have no code I clicked on it originally the numbers came up on link but then after that not sure where tge link was

When I go to the 3 Dots there is nothing coming up to say redeem and on my sky acct it just says this where the link originally was

Think I've messed up somewhere

What does the email say you have to do to redeem it as usually the link I posted should be where you enter it.

Are you able to show us the email but blank out the code, your name and email address ?

Didn't explain very well sorry looking at original message

The link was receive on my billing on My Sky when you go into bill for this month and what your paying for it was at the bottom of the page it wasn't sent as an email it was rather strange

When I clicked on it it bought up 4 set of numbers for a link to redeem and then I wasn't sure what happened next ibthought it had downloaded or something but when i looked on downloads it wasn't there

It was rather odd it wasn't sent as an email?

I've tried at copy but I'm not great on IT!

Thanks for the extra clarification. Could this voucher be anything to do with an incentive you were given by Sky for taking out a new product with them ?

Does anything like that ring a bell ?

If it's that sort of voucher - it may be a Tesco voucher that you print off and spend at Tesco

Are you sure that you shouldn't be using this at Tesco.com and not on the Sky Store site ?

I've sort of given up now

I've obs messed the link up

Sky sent me a tesco voucher as they deleted my acct by mistake when I phoned and asked for any offers and had no sky for a few days I have a glass tv!

There's nothing on my acct no of how to use the voucher and whatever I pressed on has disappeared

Other than phoning Sky and asking for a replacement- my thought is that if you're not an IT person (no shame in that ) you could ask a tech experienced trusted friend / family member to look at the email and my guess is that this is something they might resolve for you
