I purchased White Christmas but now it's gone off my purchases for some reason and I've not not even watched it yet any one else had this problem and what can I do to get it back .TIA

It's still available on both Sky Store to buy and rent- also, if you have Sky Cinema it's on there for free. So that suggests Sky still have the rights to host it.

if you did a buy and keep purchase, can you access it on a device on the Skystore app, then select "send to box"

another option, if you find it again on Sky store - it should be there showing it has already been purchased and allow you to select it again

if it's showing £7.99 or similar- don't click it or it will charge you again.
