      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just purchased a rental and due to technical issues, I cannot download and watch the film which is 2.5hrs long and not worth watching this evening which I had planned to do with my family. On that basis, I would like a refund.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
