I bought gran turismo but it isn’t letting me watch it. Error code 0805

I bought gran turismo but sky store isn't letting me watch it. I can watch other purchases but not this film. I'm on sky glass and it also says " your selection is unavailable at the moment. Please try again " and code 0805 underneath. Please help

This is a known fault that is being investigated by Sky as another member contacted them yesterday about this as you can see by their reply here:

Same issue with this movie, using Sky Stream and same error code. We have paid for this so please sort asap

Sky Store are already aware of this issue as you are not the first to post on here about it so I have moved your post to another topic that has already been started where an answer has been provided. You will just have to wait until it has been fixed by Sky.

Given the fact that nobody had posted in since October suggests to me as if that error was fixed back then and if you are seeing it now on the very same film then it will need reporting again so I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
