    <description>&lt;P&gt;When you send the film it sometimes doesn't show up straight away as there might be a delay, so if it hasn't shown up by the morning then&amp;nbsp;I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered the movie Brave ages ago through buy and keep.. my g kids had watched this lots but this has vanished from my purchased part on planner... when i go onto Sky Store it says send to your Sky box i select yes and it dosent send,, is there a reason for this&amp;nbsp; as this is the only movie that has done this&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
