i bought download and bluray just received today but not bluray i got DVD never ordeded dvd ordered Bluray ...how do i contact sky over this problem they have charged me for bluray and sent dvd

over the odds !! it was TRANSFORMERS RISE OF THE BEASTS

When you placed the order you would have been sent an email so does the email show that you ordered the DVD version ?

it showed i ordered bluray £17.99 thats bluray correct
