Sky gave me a sky store voucher £28 to use , so tonight I've brought a film for £7.99 & they have emailed me & charged me £7.99 , it's should be free I don't understand I had a voucher for £28 🤔🤔

The voucher can only be used online at Skystore.com so any purchases would have to be made here as well so if the film you purchased was a Buy and Keep you can then send it to your box.

So I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this to see what they say, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

Ok thanks the sky customer service guy said l could use it as soon I redeem the voucher, never bloody mentioned you can only use it online many thanks I be ringing them tomorrow 👌
